Problem

The problem that we noticed is that creators don't have a platform in both Web2 and Web3 that supports freedom of expression. Millions of artists, myself included, need a space to share art without fear of bans or restrictions. Web2 social media platforms like Twitter have a lack of decentralization and crypto integration, while Web3 platforms like MagicEden miss the social feature. NōME app bridges this gap by building connections through art in a mobile user-friendly format.

Solution

NōME App – a social art marketplace that connects artists and collectors through a 4-in-one mobile app built on the Bitcoin blockchain. The NōME app is needed to push the NFT space forward: a combination of a marketplace, non-custodial wallet, educational platform, and social media creates the network effect incentivizing artists to make more art and collectors to buy.

Why is the NōME app unique?

Technology

As a tech company, we are using the top protocols on Bitcoin, all packaged in user-friendly UX and UI. Our main protocol is Ordinals because it is the first time in the digital art history, when art is on-chain, it can not be deleted and changed. It is a legacy that is inscribed directly to Bitcoin. This is a strong part of what we believe and will keep adding functionalities with time.

Now we see a complex onbboarding to the Bitcoin NFT space. Artists promote art and launches on X, store assets in Xverse wallet, inscribe pieces in OrdinalsBot, and see on MagicEden. With NōME app, they can do all 4 in one place is a user-friendly mobile format.
