NōME means "no me", emphasizing a no-ego approach. It is a brand that changes the world by bringing art back to people. We prioritize privacy and create solutions that empower people to own their data. We believe in a sustainable economy where creativity is supported by blockchain technology to preserve the legacy and keep data immutability.

Brand

NōME name comes from Alaska, there’s a Nome city. The brand was launched back in 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden. It became a Collectible Design design studio with a focus on sustainability and innovations. NōME luxury 1/1 furniture and objects were represented in galleries and museums in London, Milan, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Los Angeles.

Mission

Our company slogan is "it is not about me". We believe in a future where systems are self-sovereign and decentralized. Our motivation stems from a collaborative approach of the people of a new era, which drives us to create unique on-chain art experiences and develop new use cases of Bitcoin technology. We entered the Web3 space to create an organization inspired by the next stage of human consciousness, with a mission to promote art that represents a decentralized community that values freedom.

Bitcoin

We started back in January 2023, when software engineer Casey Rodarmor launched the Ordinals Theory, creating a Bitcoin NFT renaissance. The theory has introduced a way to map data to a satoshi that can be tracked and uniquely identified. Since then NōME became an open space for Ordinals builders and innovators to connect.
